There is a chill in the air as the UK looks forward to the most exciting time of the year. The festive lights are up on the highsteets as well as the major shopping boulevards. The traditional songs are playing all around us,. I even found myself having as spin in the aisles of my local supermarket to Rockin around the Christmas tree, reminding me of the joy dance has given me.

The i2i improvers course this Sunday, at Bar Salsa, Soho, is the "Knock off the Rust" version, aimed as a follow on 5 hour workshop for beginners or a refresher course for those that may not have danced for a while.

The Todo Latino Lating party this Tuesday at Bar Salsa Temple offers free entry, guest cubana teachers alongside the normal team, shows and some Christmas sparkle.

Salsa Vida's festive party is Friday 29th in Stratford.
