Not a rhyme naturally associated to London but delightfully true, with my suggestion that salsa should be your chosen form of play, especially if you are regretting too much time watching football and your team doesn't seem to have any energy or direction.

Kicking off the weekend, 

Salsa Vida in Stratford offers classes followed by a social, with two DJs, this Friday.

Salsa in the Park 2024 edition is this Sunday at Hyde Park bandstand 1pm-6pm.

On Sunday evening , you could dance to vibrant rhythms by an 18 piece London based Afro-Cuban Latin band at the Inspired Hub in Hampton.

Starting the week in the Temple area, then Fuego at Bar Salsa includes a free intro to salsa, lessons at all levels and a party.

The Latin Collective brings you Todo Latino Tuesdays at Bar Salsa, Temple, which includes a free intro to salsa, folowed by all level lessons in bachata and salsa with a late night latin party to round the night off.

The UK's longest running salsa club night is at Bar Salsa, Soho on Wednesdays, where lessons are followed with late night dancing.

Hola Salsa make learning these popular Latin dances fun and easy, on Wednesdays in Westbourne Grove and Thursdays in Parsons Green.

Kat and Eddie are training dancers stylistically to improvers salsa dancers postures, coordination, precision and find your essence in salsa near Barbican.

August 18th is the final Thames Salsa Cruise  of 2024.
Four hours of dancing and fun; what a great way to spend a summer evening!
Departs Festival Pier by the Royal Festival Hall, Southbank at 6.45pm, returning at 10.50pm.

The final Bank Holiday of the year brings Scalalatina, an all-nighter in Kings Cross,  as part of the London Latinfest weekender on 24th.
