Ice cream for breakfast! 😋😀


Well not quite but it tastes as good! 

A great summer breakfast or healthy snack.

All you need: 

- A couple of scoops of frozen yogurt

- A few strawberries 

- Sprinkling of pomegranate seeds

- A few mint leaves chopped

- A topping of granola. I used Asdas multigrain nutty granola (no added sugar) with almonds, quinoa, linseed, millet and sunflower seeds. 

Snacks can contribute significantly to your overall calorie intake. Being wise about your snack choices can really help you to lead a healthier lifestyle and shed a few extra pounds.

 

Don't forget! Keeping active works hand in hand with eating well. I can't think of a better way to exercise then to get out dancing! It's a great physical exercise, burning many calories an hour, as well as benefiting your mental and emotional well-being. A win-win situation if you ask me:)
