Hoping this LondonSalsa newsletter finds you and yours healthy and safe.

We share the pain with those who have lost a loved one or are struggling with this isolation phase and hope that our newsletter adds a little cheer.

Many of the hosts who are listing their virtual events on site are doing so not only to keep you fit and entertained but have echoed our sentiments that we, as an entertainment industry, want to do our bit.

Our selection of upcoming events includes some dance, some fitness and some a fusion aimed at both your physical and mental wellbeing.

Why not try a couple of sessions every week?
Each host has a different online delivery system but I'm sure all of you are getting up to speed with the mix of Zoom, Facebook and other technologies.

Bring some of the magic of Fridays back with Salsa Dance Central.

11am Saturday : Get that heart rate pumping and those hips whining.  
Soca is a type of music found in the Caribbean and the dancemoves to go with this style are very energetic.
Think of how you feel at the carnival.

On Saturday, Rasa is teaching a live spinning class from 7-8pm

The Metrolatina Online Salsa party via Zoom at 7pm each Wednesday offers you the chance to interact with up to 100 dancers whilst enjoying a musical couple of hours with live DJ (and his kids if we are lucky). 

Deimante is offering a host of online sessions from zumba through fitness and salsa.
For instance the salsa footwork and lady styling sessions on Tuesday from 7pm.Ella Mesma Company Monday Morning Movement Ritual 45 Minute Class from 11am.

Lunchtime Salsa and Kizomba is DJ Tony VivaLaSalsa offering on Mondays 12pm-3pm

Monday night's Swing at Sway Online - live from 7.30pm

During these unprecedented times, LondonSalsa.co.uk and A2Z.Events takes the opportunity to thank the health workers across the world, the volunteers shielding loved ones, the care workers, those on public transport systems, the people cleaning everything that they can - you know if you are in that group - thank you.
