If you're an experienced dancer, you've likely found that salsa is a great way to make friends, hone a life skill, and stay fit—all with a smile on your face.

I encourage you to bring along a friend. Now is the ideal time, as they might have enjoyed dancing during their holidays and could be considering it. Plus, if they begin lessons or a course this month, you'll gain a new dance partner by the time the holiday season rolls around in December.

During this warm summer spell, remember to stay hydrated and take regular breaks.

Moe Flex joins the late night Que Rico monthly Friday party in Balham.

Being the first Friday of the month, Stratford, in East London, also has a big salsa night.

Salsa & Bachata Con Clase is brand new this Saturday to Richmond, combining salsa, bachata. 

DJ Hughie is on the decks this Saturday in Stratford.
