It may be bitter outside but all you need to do is to get yourself to a salsa lesson or party and you are guaranteed to warm up.

On site, if you are simply dipping your toe in, look for a green chilli, there will be beginners lesson. 

For those of you who started salsa lessons in September this is quite a magical time. You are beginning to have some confidence on the social dance floor and that is about to take a leap. Make sure your office Christmas party ends up somewhere with a dance floor and be prepared for the compliments. I'm serious, you'll smile through till the New Year on it.

Friday 1st December brings the Que Rico Xmas salsa party to Balham ---ideal for night birds with a 2am finish.

You can step into salsa this Saturday with DJs Hughie and Stein in Loughton, where the night begins with a lesson.

For the final time this year, SOS (Salsa on Sunday) graces Camden this week.

Fuego at Bar Salsa in Temple offers a Monday night filled with lessons at all levels, followed by late night club dancing.

Every Wednesday is dance night at Bar Salsa Soho, where Latin Collective DJs keep you dancing after lessons for all levels.

The Boxing Day Mega Party is at Bar Salsa in Temple this year.
