September is traditionally the month for new shoots in the London salsa scene, normally with fresh students in classes but in this most unusual of times, also the welcome return of party favourites..

Along with the classes and clubs, comes the chance to renew old friendships on the dance floor.
Please remember that everyone will have a different level of confidence

Whetstone Salsa
Back to School Friday in Whetstone mixes lessons with a party night.
Paddington 1 day salsa course
The one day salsa course in Paddington takes place this Saturday. 


If you like live bands, then Richmond on Sunday has an early evening social this week.
 
Dance Burn
City Lit in Covent Garden suggest dancing is the ultimate mood booster!
Get your body moving with 60 minutes of dance fitness!
A mix of playful choreography with 80s and 90s music to give you the ultimate workout.
Dance burn is a full body workout for body, mind and soul.

One for your diary is the Mexican Independance celebration in Brixton on September 15th.
Featuring live performances from all female mariachi group Las Adelitas, salsa and cumbia from Conjunto Sabroso.
 
You'll also be delighted to hear that on 17th El Grande returns for lessons followed by dancing in multiple rooms till 5am in Kings Cross.

Metrolatina at Bar Salsa Soho

Metrolatina are in full swing at Bar Salsa Soho each Wednesday, where a free intro to salsa lesson is followed by multiple levels of salsa and bachata lessons and a late night  social.
