More glorious sunshine is expected in the UK over the coming week but unfortunately no salsa clubs or classes. Why not invite a couple of friends round to your garden on Monday evening for a socially distanced  

If you are aching for dance, many of your favourite teachers are offering lessons online.  I know that learning shines and styling solo is not the same as partner dancing but urge you to drop in, either to brush up or to learn the basics.

London Salsa works closely with www.A2Z.Events, and invite members to find sessions in other dance forms and healthy activities.

If you know anyone offering online sessions that are good for the body or mind, please invite them to list, free of charge, on www.A2Z.Events.

11am Saturday : Get that heart rate pumping with Amie.  
Soca is a type of music found in the Caribbean and the dancemoves to go with this style are very energetic.
Think of how you feel at the carnival.

This Saturday's Classical online concert starts at 6.30pm.

This is a very special concert for us all because it features 19 pianists who will be performing Peter Seabourne's composition 'Libro di Canti italiano'. Each pianist will be playing a short piece, which can be described as a song without words, as part of this 'Libro' (book). The music describes the temperament of the italian character. Ella Mesma Company Monday Morning Movement Ritual 45 Minute Class from 11am each Monday

Maestro Carlos Paz will be teaching salsa crossbody footwork for beginner and improver level ladies and men on Monday evening.

The Metrolatina Online Salsa party via Zoom at 7pm each Wednesday offers you the chance to interact with up to 100 dancers whilst enjoying a musical couple of hours with live DJ (and his kids if we are lucky). 

The 2-2.30pm Thursday Children's and parent online Facebook lesson is with Miguel and family.

Mina Queen Salsa is offering a couple of virtual sessions each week - Saturdays, Mondays and Thursdays at 8pm. 

Deimante is offering a host of online sessions from zumba through fitness and salsa.
For instance the salsa footwork and lady styling sessions on Tuesday from 7pm.

Lunchtime Salsa and Kizomba is DJ Tony VivaLaSalsa offering on Mondays 12pm-3pm
