The boys and girls learn to adopt the 'old fashioned' respect for one another as young men and ladies. Raising self confidence and self esteem. Families develop learning a new skill together which is fun. We are a friendly team who are committed to delivering a professional service and sharing our passion for Salsa dancing. We also ensure that every event/experience is FUN, MEMORABLE AND UNIQUE to each of our customers. Our aims are to break down all dance moves in an un-pressured way, but most of all remembering to have FUN whilst doing so. It is very important to us that you have fun whilst learning and raising your fitness level.

More about me: My name is Ruth Ferguson, I run a Salsa Dance Company. I came across Salsa Dancing some 15 years ago and fell in love with it straight away. The fiery music and the freedom it gives you to express yourself on the dance floor. It makes you feel happier, full of energy and 10 years younger! I would like to give others the opportunity to share the 'Buzz' I feel from this fabulous dance.
