***** AFRO CUBAN FUSION DANCE CLASS *****

The class will have a warm up that aims to stretch you and create plenty of mobility in your spine as well as standard stretches and strengthening exercises.

I will be creating a technical warm up that students will practice weekly. We will work on movement across the floor, routines and footwork.
I will be exploring movement fused with contemporary, Rumba, Orixa inspired movement, turns, afro movement, using the floor, jumps, lyrical interpretation and footwork.

LEVEL
>> Classes are aimed at Intermediate Level

Suitable for: Salsa dancers wanting to expand their dancing skills, afro dance lovers who want to explore different rhythms and any dancer who simply loves afro caribbean movement!

TIMES
>> From 7:30 - 8:45pm.
Arrive early and warm up.

WHAT TO WEAR
>> Bare feet, dance wear. In some sessions you may be asked to bring a long skirt, hat or bandana, stick depending on what we work on.
