This is a fantastic unique event and we have 4 beautiful ballrooms in which to dance or mingle:

Sizzling Salsa with 2 awesome DJ's: Internationally renowned DJ Mauricio Reyes & our very own DJ Marcus Groves (mixing Cuban Salsa & Mambo with a lot of Latin Bachata & CCC flavour)...

Tantalising Argentine Tango dancing for 2 hours to THE best Tango band in the UK: Tango Siempre Quartet


Smooth Swing with Andy Kale & his Jive & Swing Jukebox until 1am

Kool Kizomba in the 'Courtyard' hall with DJ Steve until 1.30am

8pm Doors open
9pm Live Tango Siempre quartet
10pm SHOWTIME: Tango performance by Mabel & Fernando
1am close Tango & Swing
1.30am close Salsa & Kizomba

Please note this event no longer sells out, as we have more capacity with 4 rooms open - so the event no longer sells out. You can purchase your tickets on the door, but they will be more expensive

Students with ID £15 anytime and on the door (if NUS students are not able to pay for tickets at TLC Classes, please bring your ID with you on the night of the Ball and pay £15 cash on the door)

Strictly no refunds

Tracie monitors not only the ratio but also the dance floor capacity, so when ordering tickets, please specify full names and whether you dance Salsa, Tango, Swing and / or Kizomba. This is not to restrict you in any way, just to ensure an enjoyable spacious night of dancing for everyone.
As we now have 4 rooms open, we have more capacity and therefore tickets will always be available on the door - but please note we only accept cash on the door - no cheques or cards.

DRESS CODE & INFO

Tracie is always asked about the dress code at this event, so when she says 'Dress to Impress' , here's the deal:
The Guildhall is very opulent and elegant, so you will not feel out of place in black tie or danceable posh frock.

Guys - there are a lot of people (over 60%) who take the opportunity to wear black tie/DJ and make the girls feel special, however Tracie never specifies 'black tie', as some people don't like it, can't afford it etc etc. So just wear something smart to impress the girls - and that will be fine - just no jeans!

Girls - you always make the effort to impress the guys, so just go glam as usual!
