HABANA CON KOLA - real music from Cuba! Rooted in a tireless exploration of the traditional sounds fo their Caribbean homeland, including son and guaracha, Habana con Kola were born in Barcelona’s underground music scene, and are one of that city's finest and most innovative Cuban bands. Carlitos Lage and Dono Arago’s sensitive songs blend the rhythms of their native Cuba, together with tales of their life on the Mediterranean coast, to create a unique sound, beautifully enhanced by the excellent musicians who accompany them for live performaces.

Habana Con Kola's ethos is to create songs that remain respectful of Cuba's traditional musical foundations, while also reflecting the Mediterranean influences of their adopted city, with flamenco guitar, palmas and cajón drums helping them to create a unique and melodic sound that will truly enchant you.
